STAYING WITH WHAT’S REAL

Most of us were taught to move on quickly.

To extract meaning.
To find the lesson.
To make something productive out of what we feel.

But some things ask to be stayed with instead.

Not analyzed. Not judged.
Not reframed.
Not rushed into resolution.

Just noticed.

Staying with what’s real requires patience. And courage. And a willingness to let discomfort exist without trying to solve it immediately.

This is often where clarity deepens… not through effort, but through presence.

If something in your life feels unresolved right now, it may not be asking for action.

It may be asking for attention.
