THE IN-BETWEEN IS A REAL PLACE

We often speak about beginnings and endings, but rarely about what lives between them.

The in-between is where most of life actually happens.

It’s the space after something has ended, but before what’s next has taken shape.

When identity loosens. When certainty fades. When you’re no longer who you were, but not yet who you’re becoming.

This place can feel disorienting.

But it’s not empty.

It’s full of information, if you’re willing to listen without demanding answers.

Many women try to rush through this space. To label it. To fix it. To move on.

But the in-between has its own intelligence.

And when it’s honored, it becomes a place of quiet reorientation rather than fear.
